More and more items seem to be disappearing and only available at other Woolies. Painful and Shellharbour Woolies near Dan's is a nightmare.

Service is dead in this place. They are so task focused that the team members death stare you if you go near them. They shove Infront of you to fill their shelves. Navigating aisles has become increasingly difficult with 4 team members, all with a roll cage each occupying the aisle. One of the main ladies at the front loves a chat with her team and if you have a query or want to use express registers, she gets incredibly snappy and irritated for being interrupted. If you want a BBQ Chicken for dinner, don't bother. They don't cook enough and they'll be sold out prior to 5pm on most days. If you're lucky you'll get one of the last ones at around 5:30pm. The team are just collecting a paycheck in that place. There is no pride there at all.

It sure is a Woolworths. Rating is only 3 star because parking is always terrible, and people consistently try and exit out of the entry only area. I know that's not Woolworth's fault but it's a warning that anyone reading this review should know about coming here.

The vegan options here are abysmal! Every other Woolworths and Coles in the area has lots of options but this Woolworths is the worst. They really need to cater for everyone!

I ordered an online order for the first time and was given 4 different times via the app. I called the Albion Park store and the staff member offered to drop off to me. I thanked her for her kindness and waited for my delivery. I have COVID and was waiting for Paracetamol to be delivered. Thank you so much

Went to pick up a click and collect this morning at 9:15 am 9/10 and was actually left a bit upset by how the older blonde woman (I think Tristan?) at the service counter spoke to me. Firstly, when I went up to the counter I said that I am here to pick up my click and collect order. She responded with, "Yeah I know that, what's the order number?" I am a bit hard of hearing and so there was a slight miscommunication where she had to repeat a couple of things to me as some items in my order were substituted, and I honestly felt like she was talking to me like I was a child. I was on the edge of tears by the time I left thinking I’d done something wrong just because I didn’t understand why she wanted me to go through all of my bags and find my invoice (couldn’t they have done that beforehand?). I often shop here because it’s convenient and close but honestly I feel like it’s worth making the trip to shellharbour woolies because the staff actually have proper customer service skills. After working in customer service for six years, it really isn’t that hard to have a welcoming and warm attitude.

Rarely a wait at checkout. Shelves always stocked, self service checkout fast even during peak hours. Rising prices a problem.

Click and collect is an excellent service that allows people who cannot or do not wish to shop in-store access to groceries. However, there are people with physical disabilities that are unable to collect groceries independently, and require assistance. The staff are usually happy to assist my husband to load groceries into his van as he is paraplegic and cannot do this himself. It would be appreciated if the staff could actually keep the store phone handy and answer it when it rings so that people with disabilities can get the assistance they need to retrieve their groceries when they do not have a support person, spouse or carer with them to do this on their behalf. Thank you, Woolworths, for being willing to assist but please be more mindful in ensuring these services remain accessible and equitable for people of all abilities.
